Arenia is priced per Participant and access duration. Professional Situations and Simulations define the practice; they are not billing units.
Prices exclude VAT. This list applies to training providers, academies and provider partners.

Three months are prepaid. Six and twelve months are commitments for the whole term and can be invoiced in advance in instalments.
What the period includes
- Normal training use is included within the purchased period, subject to fair use and technical limits.
- There are no automatic overages. Exceptional capacity is agreed explicitly.
- One-month access, minimum order, volume discounts, upfront benefits and the Train + Premium bundle remain open.
