You buy online from 1 to 99 Participants. From 25 Participants the total includes the volume discount: you see it on the page before you pay. From 100 Participants the total is defined together: ask us for a quote.

What the period includes

  • Each Participant has a named account and practises on standard Situations, out loud with the AI-Trainer, up to 50 Simulations for each month from the activation date, with no carry-over.
  • After purchase you create one Situation on your own case yourself, from a website or a PDF, try it and give it to your Participants: it is included.
  • After every Simulation the Participant receives Simulation Feedback and finds it in their Individual Sheet. You manage who practises; you do not see the Simulations or the Individual Sheets.
  • The practice included is capped at 50 Simulations for each month from the activation date per Participant, with no carry-over; it is not a pricing unit. It is written in the terms of sale you read before paying.
  • The order renews automatically at the end of the period, charged to the same card; you can switch it off at any time, at no cost, from the “Billing” page of your Arenia access (terms of sale, art. 8-bis).
  • You buy online, by card, under the terms of sale. If you want to talk first, there is the 20-minute call.
  • Sale is reserved to businesses and professionals with an Italian VAT number (terms of sale, art. 1.3).

When we talk first

Some cases need a conversation before the order.

  • 100 Participants or more: you buy online up to 99 Participants, with the volume discount from 25; above that we define it together.
  • Arenia Premium, with the character on screen.
  • A Situation prepared by us: a separate offer. The one you create yourself on your own case is included.
  • Integrations or access with company credentials: we will discuss it.
  • You sell training to your clients: see pricing for training providers.
