Only the microphone, never the camera. The other party is declared as artificial intelligence. Arenia does not keep audio or video recordings of the Simulation.

The Situation on your own case, which you create after purchase from a website or a PDF, is included too. Prices are per Participant and period: pricing and terms.

Italian, and out loud: the Participant speaks with the AI-Trainer using the microphone. No camera is needed. Situations, the AI-Trainer's voice and the Feedback are in Italian.

Yes, if it is a sale, a negotiation, an unhappy customer or a team member: that is the Situation on your own case, which you create from a website or a PDF. If you want us to prepare it, that is a separate offer.

The Participant, in their Individual Sheet. A company buying for itself manages who practises but does not read the Individual Sheets. If the practice comes through a training provider, the trainer reads them in the Trainer Area and the client receives the Class Sheet, without names. It is never used to compare people or for personnel decisions.
